You might be coming to counselling from a need to reckon with past experiences, because of a current situation or a desire to understand yourself better. Or perhaps you simply feel anxious and overwhelmed by life.
Whatever it is that has led you here, my aim is to help you to know yourself more fully. Through a process of exploration, you can learn to be more present in your life, to heal wounds and to deepen your relationships with yourself and those around you.
I am a BACP registered Gestalt Counsellor. I offer a reflective and compassionate space in which to explore where you are at this moment in your life, and how you came to that place. I know this can be a daunting undertaking, often connecting you with painful emotions. I will support and guide you as we work together based on your own unique experience.
